With a 7-day return window from receipt, products must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached, accompanied by proof of purchase for eligibility. Should the return be due to our fault, shipping fees will be covered by us within 7 days of delivery; otherwise, the buyer bears these costs. Refunds are issued as vouchers, valid for 3 months from issuance, upon inspection and approval of returns.
