Should the return be due to our fault, shipping fees will be covered by us within 7 days of delivery; otherwise, the buyer bears these costs. Refunds are issued as vouchers, valid for 3 months from issuance, upon inspection and approval of returns. Please note, certain items like perishables, custom-made goods, undergarments, and items on sale or in gift card form are ineligible for return.
