Our shipping policy charges a flat rate of $3 for all of Lebanon, for parcels weighing under 5 kilograms and within dimensions of 30 x 30 centimeters.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for customer-initiated returns, but damaged or faulty items may qualify for a refund or shipping fee deduction. Orders are dispatched through A2ZServices with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 business days.
Our refund policy underscores our commitment to your contentment. With a 7-day return window from receipt, products must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached, accompanied by proof of purchase for eligibility. Should the return be due to our fault, shipping fees will be covered by us within 7 days of delivery; otherwise, the buyer bears these costs. Refunds are issued as vouchers, valid for 3 months from issuance, upon inspection and approval of returns. Please note, certain items like perishables, custom-made goods, undergarments, and items on sale or in gift card form are ineligible for return.
